Extra Curricular Activities

Activities which extend beyond our academic curriculum help to build independence and resilience, this is why we aim to broaden the curriculum with extracurricular events and activities.

After school Clubs

We currently offer after school clubs Monday - Thursday.  These are charged at £3.75 per session and can be signed up for via Arbor, unless stated otherwise.

After School Tuition

After school tuition is also offered to pupils who need a little extra support to catch up and close gaps caused by school closures. Pupils are selected for tuition by their class teacher, pupils attend two 30min sessions per week for 10 weeks.

Breakfast Club

The school currently has a breakfast club available term time only from 7:45am until 8.30am at a cost of £4.50 per session, per child.

Children have access to breakfast which may include, cereal, toast and fruit. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

There is a limit to the number of children that we can accommodate in the club and as such we ask that regular users of our breakfast club book and pay for sessions for the whole half-term. If you would like to use the facility on an ad hoc basis, please contact us via the school office to ensure that we have a space available for your child.

Trips and Residential Trips

We organise trips out in line with our curriculum or as a reward trip for accumulation of DoJo points. Trips are advertised via ClassDoJo.

A two-night residential trip is planned for pupils in Year 5 and 6. This year we are going to Norfolk Lakes in July. We will host a preparation evening nearer the time.

We also offer a one-night local camping trip for Year 4 at Inside Out Bushcraft and Adventure, more information will be available via Class DoJo nearer the time.

House Days

We also hold House Days in school, where pupils work in houses across Year groups to explore a given topic or event. This includes Sports Day, Islam Day, Judaism Day, STEAM Day and World Book Day.
